Is there a reason why correspondence with members of your organisation seem to suddenly stop with such regularity?

Our experience with your [Senior Manager, Facilities Management] starts well enough, but then he stops answering our emails regarding the i-CLUB, a tenant in one of your properties, The Icon on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

Similarly, we have not heard from your [General Manager, Commercial Leasing & Sale] or Mr L since 18 November regarding the same issue.
