It is 01:30 on the morning of Sunday 22 January. Bass is clearly audible even in my living room, and the vocals of what must be a live performance are also heard above the noise of traffic on a wet Jalan Tun Razak.
Earlier this evening I had one of our security team come to my unit, and he confirmed that he could also hear the beat of bass.
What is the reason your tenant is proving so frustratingly difficult?
I really would appreciate a response more substantial than that you will discuss this with GM.
