It is with regret that I write to you again
today.
Vocals were heard last night, prompting me to text GM at 22:30, 22:45 and 23:16, at which point bass notes became quite noticeable.
Quite deep powerful bursts of bass were apparent later when I had to text GM again at 23:56 and 00:01. CX texted him at 00:35.
Although the frenetic thump thump thump of dance music we have been harassed with in previous months was largely absent, you must understand that without proper soundproofing, this problem will not go away.
It appears my correspondence with the Mah Sing Group is set to continue.

Last night Monday 19 Dec was relatively
peaceful and I fell asleep with little effort. However, when I woke to use the
bathroom around 02:20 Tuesday 20 Dec, faint bass was audible. This is already
20 minutes past the club's stated closing time (Mon-Fri
17:00-02:00, Sat-Sun 17:00-03:00).
I stayed up to gauge how long they would remain open. All lights inside the club finally went off and all sound stopped only at 03:00.
