We (management committee chairman, resident manager and myself) have the first face to face meeting with i-CLUB’s GM at the club Monday 29 August 18:30. Also present is OM. We voice our issues with the club’s apparent lack of proper soundproofing, and are told by GM that the club is now aware of the problem and that special material has been ordered to rectify the problem. GM claims it will require two weeks for the material to arrive, so that by mid September installation can begin. GM and OM assure us that they will do their best to keep the noise pollution to a minimum to avoid disturbing our fellow residents.
