OM of i-CLUB comes to see me at 21.55 on Sunday 21 Aug, and monitors sound levels from CX’s unit and mine. Until their consultant can rectify the club’s lack of soundproofing, OM says the club will lower the sound level to a point where, although not perfect, it is acceptable enough from our two units.

OM understands that the situation could be different in other units, as well as at the surrounding residential developments. I give him management body contact details, as he says he intends to provide numbers for residents to call so they can inform the club directly of annoying noise levels. He says he will also be providing the surrounding condominiums with the same contact information.

We would like to apologize for the sound system is very noisy and disturbing the resident. We will try to control the sound and we manage this thing is not happen again.

OM of i-CLUB visits our development again, with a person introduced as the club’s sound engineer, meeting with resident manager. I arrive home at about 23:00 from KLIA in time to allow them into my apartment in order to gauge sound levels. On this visit, as during the first, sound levels again seem lower than normal.
